ΤΕΠΙΧ ΙΙΙ starts

Starting Today (29/05/24): Applications Open for the New ΤΕΠΙΧ Program. The ΤΕΠΙΧ III initiative, with a budget of 500 million euros, is expected to provide loans totaling 2.2 billion euros to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) under highly favorable terms. This will expand the range of financed SMEs and their borrowing capacity.

ΤΕΠΙΧ III Guarantee Fund, funded by the NSRF 2021-2027, comprises two sub-funds: the Guarantee Fund and the Loan Fund.

Guarantee Fund:

Provides credit risk protection in the form of guarantees for all eligible businesses. Offers guarantees ranging from 70% to 80% on investment loans (10,000 euros to 10 million euros), working capital loans, and revolving credit loans (10,000 euros to 500,000 euros). Offers a two-percentage-point interest rate subsidy for two years to businesses in Attica and the South Aegean, and a three-percentage-point subsidy for businesses in other regions. No collateral required for loans up to 50,000 euros.

Loan Fund:

Offers loans with 40% of the amount interest-free, and a 3% interest subsidy on the remaining 60% for two years. Loans provided through the TEPICH III Loan Fund have reduced interest rates by up to 70% for the first two years. Investment loan terms range from 2 to 12 years, with a grace period of up to 24 months. Working capital loans range from 2 to 5 years, with a grace period of up to 12 months, during which only interest is paid.

Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application to HDB's KYC: Automated checks with minimal business information sent to interested banks.

Step 2: Complete ESG Tracker by HDB Questionnaire: Self-assessment of the business on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. If previously completed, re-submission is not required.

Step 3: Submit Application to Opske.gr: Enter business details and key loan information.

Step 4: Visit Partner Bank Branch: Submit the required documentation file.
