Natural or legal persons who have filed an application with the court for affiliation with the provisions of Law 4307/14 (concerning the extraordinary procedure for the settlement of obligations of traders) or the Bankruptcy Code, or have been subject to the above procedures or have ceased their business , or are in the process of liquidation or have been convicted by an irrevocable court order for one of the offences provided for by law (e.g. tax evasion, money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, forgery, etc.).
