Question 5: Must businesses active in the field of Tourism (BAC 55), on the date of submission of the financing application, comply with the conditions of paragraph 5.3. "ELIGIBLE AREAS OF ACTIVITY FOR TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS" (e.g. Hotel with 3*** star rating is eligible for the action)?
The conditions of paragraph 5.3 of the detailed invitation concern the minimum restrictions that must be observed by the investment projects with Investment BACs (BAC 55) of the Tourism Sector during the stage of completion and acceptance of the project. E.g. A hotel with a Category 3* (three-star) classification can submit a financing application to the action on the condition that upon completion of the investment plan it will be classified in a Category 4* (four-star) category and above with a capacity of Twelve (12) beds and above, always respecting the other terms of the Action.
