Business development with the involvement of MDC Stiakakis

ALBANTAKIS GROUP, in collaboration with our company as a financial advisor, succesfully added one more activity to its portfolio that deals with the processing of olive oil derivatives.

The company that was acquired was "PYRINELAIOURGIO IERAPETRAS Ltd", which processes olive-pomace and produces olive-pomace oil and kernel.

The acquisition completes the vertical integration of olive oil and derivatives production of the company, making it in fact the first integrated group of companies in Crete, which, with vertically integrated production, processes olive oil and its derivatives in the interest of the producer.
