Digital Tools for SMEs - New cycle of the program

Monday, December 16, 2024, marks the launch of the new "DIGITAL TOOLS FOR SMEs B" program under Axis 2.3 "Digitization of Businesses" of Action 16706 "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium Enterprises" within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0.
The Voucher is used for subsidizing digital solutions. A subsidized (digital) solution may concern, either individually or in combination, one or more approved digital products/services and optionally, one or more supplementary services and/or supplementary equipment.

Program Beneficiaries
Existing Small and Medium Enterprises as defined by Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC, which cumulatively meet the following criteria:
- Operate within Greek territory with a Greek VAT number.
- Are active at the time of application submission to the Program.
- Have not received funding in a previous cycle of the "DIGITAL TOOLS FOR SMEs" Program.
- Engage in an eligible activity.
- Operate legally.
- Constitute a legal entity (indicatively: Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership or Limited Partnership, Private Capital Company, Social Cooperative Enterprise, Cooperative) or Sole Proprietorship or are engaged in a liberal profession, maintaining simplified or double-entry bookkeeping.
- Are not under bankruptcy, liquidation, or compulsory management.
- The total amount of de minimis aid received as a single enterprise, including the aid from this Program, does not exceed €300,000 in any three-year period.
- Do not meet the exclusion criteria of Article 40 of Law 4488/2017 (A137/13.09.2017).
Timeline
DIGITAL TOOLS FOR SMEs B - Cycle 1
Potential beneficiaries can submit Funding Applications:
- from Monday, December 16, 2024,
- until Friday, January 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Approved beneficiaries can make purchases according to the following deadlines:
- Issuance and commitment of vouchers by suppliers from Monday, January 20, 2025, to Friday, February 14, 2025.
- Redemption of vouchers (provided the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) by Friday, February 28, 2025.
- The end date of the cooling-off period, during which only certain (by exception) cases of voucher redemption are allowed, is set for Friday, March 14, 2025.
The 2nd cycle of the Program will be activated for part or all enterprise categories if there is a budget available in the respective categories.
DIGITAL TOOLS FOR SMEs B - Cycle #2
Potential beneficiaries can submit Funding Applications:
- from Monday, February 17, 2025,
- until Friday, March 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Approved beneficiaries can make purchases according to the following deadlines:
- Issuance and commitment of vouchers by suppliers from Monday, March 24, 2025, to Friday, April 18, 2025.
- Redemption of vouchers (provided the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) by Friday, May 2, 2025.
- The end date of the cooling-off period, during which only certain (by exception) cases of voucher redemption are allowed, is set for Friday, May 16, 2025.
The 3rd cycle of the Program will be activated for part or all enterprise categories if there is a budget available in the respective categories.
DIGITAL TOOLS FOR SMEs B - Cycle #3
Potential beneficiaries can submit Funding Applications:
- from Tuesday, April 22, 2025,
- until Friday, May 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Approved beneficiaries can make purchases according to the following deadlines:
- Issuance and commitment of vouchers by suppliers from Monday, May 26, 2025, to Friday, June 20, 2025.
- Redemption of vouchers (provided the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) by Monday, June 30, 2025.
- The end date of the cooling-off period, during which only certain (by exception) cases of voucher redemption are allowed, is set for Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
