Expected program: Support for start-ups of the National Register "Elevate Greece" in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic

The Action aims to support start-ups included in the National Register of Start-ups "Elevate Greece" in the form of a grant as working capital to cover their expenses and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European ERDF.
The Action Budget amounts to 60 million euros for all regions of the country.
Beneficiaries are SME companies, registered in the National Register of Start-ups "Elevate Greece".
Projects from 5,000 to 100,000 euros are subsidized, while the amount of the grant is at least 50% of the expenses of 2019. The amounts on which the above percentage will be calculated result from the sum of the purchases of consumer goods, the purchases of raw materials and consumables, the total of benefits, various operating expenses.
Businesses must meet the following conditions:
- To operate legally in the Greek territory
- To have started activity before 1/1/2020
- Be Very Small, Small or Medium Business
- The sum of working capital expenses 2019 to be equal to or greater than 10,000 euros
- To be compatible with a list of affected KAD as defined in the relevant Annex
- Do not characterize them as "problematic" as defined in the Temporary Support Framework
- The innovation sector must be compatible with the National Smart Expertise Strategy RIS3.
The evaluation of the proposals will be immediate, in order of priority (first in - first out), according to the date of electronic submission to the PSKE. There is no grading of the proposals, only a determination of compliance with the formal conditions of participation.
The paid-up working capital must be consumed by the beneficiaries within 2021, as will be proved by the form E3 of the year 2021.
The start for the electronic submission of applications will be announced within January 2021, while the end date will be until the available budget is exhausted and no later than 30/06/2021.
The application for funding will be submitted electronically on the platform of the State Aid Information System www.ependyseis.gr/mis.
