Question 10: As per the provisions detailed in Appendix II - Submission Documents, it is specified that during the funding application submission, two (2) offers are obligatory for expenses exceeding €50,000 net value in any category; otherwise, the expenditure will be deemed ineligible and will be omitted. Does this stipulation pertain to an individual expense or a broader expense category?
This requirement pertains to each distinct individual expense (as documented in OPSKE) and not to expense categories as a whole. Should a minimum of two (2) offers not be furnished, the specific expense will be declined. In instances where presenting a second offer isn't feasible (for instance, in the case of unique constructions or customized software), one offer may be submitted with the requisite justification.
It's noteworthy that splitting a singular expense pertaining to the same physical item should be avoided to evade this particular obligation.
