The ΤΕΠΙΧ III Loan Fund reopens

The ΤΕΠΙΧ III Loan Fund reopened for business funding applications on Monday, February 10, 2025. Applications are submitted through the platforms, Know Your Customer by HDB (KYC) and the Integrated State Aid Information System (IPSAS).

Fund's Purpose

The ΤΕΠΙΧ III Loan Fund is a financing tool of the Entrepreneurship Fund III, aimed at strengthening and prospering businesses (SMEs). The fund is managed by the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB).

Financing

The Fund is financed by the "Competitiveness" Program of the ESPA 2021-2027, with resources from the European Union and national funds. The total budget amounts to €300,000,000, with a 60% participation from Credit Institutions, forming a total loan portfolio of approximately €700,000,000.

Loans

The Fund provides investment and special purpose working capital loans on favorable terms:

Subprogram 1: Investment Loans

- Action 1.1: Loans under De Minimis from €20,000 to €1,500,000

- Action 1.2: Loans under GBER from €20,000 to €8,000,000

Subprogram 2: Special Purpose Working Capital Loans

- Action 2.1: Loans under De Minimis from €10,000 to €500,000

Loan Duration

Investment Loans: From 5 to 12 years, with a grace period of up to 24 months.

Working Capital Loans: From 2 to 5 years, with a grace period of up to 12 months.

Disbursements

Loans are disbursed either in a lump sum or in installments within 4 months from the signing of the Loan Agreement, with the final disbursement date being December 31, 2029.
